Beginning today, up to 47 million women may be eligible to get free access to preventive health care services as that provision of President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act goes into effect.

  • Making prescription drugs affordable for seniors
  • Covering preventive services with no deductible or co-pay
  • Providing better value for your premium dollar through the 80/20 Rule
  • Scrutinizing unreasonable premium increases
  • Removing lifetime limits on health benefits
  • Creating new coverage options for individuals with pre-existing conditions
  • Preventing illness and promoting health
  • Increasing support for community health centers
